We hope you love all your goodies! If for some reason you are not completely in love, you may return for STORE CREDIT ONLY (NO REFUNDS) unless it is due to a mistake on our part.

How can I make a return?

Step 1: Please contact us atย hello@shopoutfeat.comย indicating the item(s) you would like to return, the order number, the reason for the return, and a photo of the item in its current state. If there are quality issues, please provide images of the exact faulty parts of said items and the tag (including the QC Tag).

Step 2: If your return is accepted, weโ€™ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package.

Step 3:ย Once your returned items are back at our warehouse, You'll receive an email to confirm once the return has been completed

Online Returns - 7 DAY RETURN POLICY

Returns for Online orders shipped are accepted within 7 days after the day tracking shows your order was delivered to you for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE, MINUS any shipping fees paid byย OutfeatShopย (as promotion, etc) or the customer. We have the right to deny a return after the 7 day time period has lapsed.

On orders with promotional free shipping or discounted shipping, shipping fees which were at our expense will be deducted from store credit.

EXCHANGES:
We can't hold, but if you leave a note in your package stating that you are wanting to exchange for a different size, or color, we can do so based off of our inventory availability at that time. An exchange is not guaranteed, but if available, we will ship out your new size as soon as possible (customer is responsible for shipping fees on exchanges).

FINAL SALE:
All jewelry, sunglasses, hats, scarves, shoes, bandeau bras, bralettes, swimsuits, handbags, intimates, candles, gift cards/certificates, daily deals, discounted itemsย and "sale" merchandise are FINAL SALE. Pre-Order items are FINAL SALE. Exchange/Store Credit is for regular price merchandise only.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges to mail item(s) back.

CONDITIONS:

Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered. It should be free of makeup, tanning stains, perfume odor, deodorant, stain, wear or damage in any way, with all tags still attached. Outfeat Shop has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that, after thorough inspection, we determine does not meet these requirements.

*If customer mails back a Non Returnable item it will either be sent back to the sender (pending customer pays shipping to ship it back) or kept by Outfeat Shop if customer fails to pay return postage. No exchanges/refunds will be given on "non returnable items" that are sent back anyway without our pre-approval.*

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours atย outfeatshopllc@gmail.com.

We strongly suggest you obtain a return shipping tracking number when returning an item back to us. We are not responsible for lost packages that have not been tracked as "received" at our store.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or address changes made after item has shipped. We are not responsible for stolen merchandise once item shows "delivered" on USPS tracking service.

Outfeat Shop shall not be held liable for lost packages once shipped. Tracking is provided to customer and Outfeat Shop will not be responsible for customer error so please ensure the mailing address is correct when ordering. Outfeat Shop is not responsible for items lost in transit or items lost after tracking shows item delivered.
